OBIEE 12c - Data Visualization : The application was unable to load.

Hi,
We just upgraded to OBIEE 12c and when we try to run DV, 99% of the time, we got the following message : "The application was unable to load. Please reload the page."
Nothing happens even if we reload the page.
Sometimes, the first time we open the browser (IE11), it works and if you log out, you' re unable to re-log in.
We also try with other browsers, same result.
Anyone having a solution?
Thanks,
Gaétan

That's not super helpful ;-) More info needed. Which browser? Does it happen in Firefox or Chrome? If the logs contain nothing as you say then it's basically stabbing in hte dark.

Adding to Christian Berg's comments, which log did you check?
you need to check bi_server1.log and bi_server1-diagnostics.log when facing issues related to VA packaged with OBIEE 12c,location for logs is <DOMAIN_HOME>\servers\bi_server1\logs
Suggest you to review below mentioned OBIEE 12c KM Document which might help in your issue as error message "The application was unable to Load" is displayed upon failure to successfully authorize the user to access VA application.
Exalytics: OBIEE 12c Users With Either BI Author or BI Content Author Application Roles Cannot Log On to Visual Analyzer (Doc ID 2268212.1)
Unable To Login To OBIEE 12c Visual Analyser With Active Directory (AD) Accounts (Doc ID 2178095.1)
Disclaimer above document are not directly related to your issue but make sure setting described in above document are already taken care and in place.

Thank you so much for helping :-)
I changed the Security privelege, I can now log in, but I can't get the subject areas when opening. Could it be another privilege?
