Can you try the below formula,
timestampadd(SQL_TSI_DAY,3*7,TIMESTAMPADD(SQL_TSI_DAY,-DAYOFWEEK(timestampadd(SQL_TSI_DAY,-DAYOFYEAR(CURRENT_DATE)+1,CURRENT_DATE))+1 ,timestampadd(SQL_TSI_DAY,-DAYOFYEAR(CURRENT_DATE)+1,CURRENT_DATE)))
Pass the week number to the formula and check.
