OBIEE 12c Bi Search/Bi Ask setup

Hi All,

in my 12c (12.2.1.2.0) environment I see the folowing situation

TEST environment - standard install

Crawler is ok, I can see all my SA and catalogue folders on BI search setup:

PROD Environment - clustered install

Crawler setup is empty; I cannot see any of my object.

All other components in production env are working fine (I can reach catalogue and rpd SA).

I suspect that the issue is related to the shared folder used from the two bi server..but I cannot find any documentation about Crawler server/install setup;

Does anyone had similar issue?
