SOAP header Security was not understood

I am using OBIEE 11g Action Webservice to call an external Application using SOAP URL WSDL file. How can I configure the OBIEE 11g Weblogic to  return the expected page.

I am getting

ServiceExecutionFailure :

Error invoking web service <WSDL file name> endpoint <http://x.x.x.x> Client received SOAP Fault from server : System.Web.Services.Protocols.SoapHeaderException: SOAP header Security was not understood. at System.Web.Services.Protocols.SoapHeaderHandling.SetHeaderMembers(SoapHeaderCollection headers, Object target, SoapHeaderMapping[] mappings, SoapHeaderDirection direction, Boolean client) at System.Web.Services.Protocols.SoapServerProtocol.CreateServerInstance() at System.Web.Services.Protocols.WebServiceHandler.Invoke() at System.Web.Services.Protocols.WebServiceHandler.CoreProcessRequest()
