All column values - turn off greying out?

We are using OBIEE 12.2.1.2.0 and have been asked a question by one of the users.

When you choose "All column values" in a prompt it selects all of the values but greys the options out, so you can't unselect certain ones. The only way to do this is to go into More/Search... and move them all across to the selection window and move the unwanted ones back out.

The user thinks this is a rather long winded way of doing this - so the question is, is there any way to turn off where it greys out the values so it still chooses all of the values, but you can unselect the unwanted ones?
