OBIEE 11g - Next 30 Rows and Display maximum rows per page not working

Good afternoon,
Has anyone experinced an issue like this?
Our dashboard has a visible prompt, an hidden prompt, and several sections with conditions in which only two are shown (month to date-MtD and year to date - YtD numbers, respectively)
Both of these buttons are simply not showing anything at all. The display maximum rows per page actually seems to have a progress sphere when I click on it.
