obiee12c 12.2.1.2 - how to configure analytics and data visualizer to use same login

When I click on the Create data visualizer project from Analytics - it opens a new web page and when I login again it says "Do not have sufficient permissions".

(1) When I ran GrantDVPermission.py - I get message "Grant already exists"

(2) In em I enabled single sign on SSO and for the SSOProviderlogoff URL I put /bi-security-login/logout?redirect=/analytics

(3) wlst.cmd

wls:offline>enableBISingleSignOn('C:\FMW12c_OBIEE\user_projects\domains','bi-security-login/logout?redirect=/va')

The command above does not work. I get a lot of error messages. I have tried many variations.

I am looking for the correct syntax.

We have OBIEE 12.2.1.2 on Windows 10.

I would appreciate any help on getting the Data Visualizer to work through OBIEE integration. 

I also installed the desktop version of Data Visualizer.

You are using a not certified and supported OS (a client OS for a server tool), so you can't expect things to work as documented.
