Error while running the agent.

Getting error while running the agent. Below is the Error message. Can some one please help me resolve the issue.

Which exact version on which platform?
Is this a new agent or did this ever run before and now all of a sudden fails? If the latter - what changed?
Looks like the PDF generation dies:

Oracle Business Intelligence 11.1.1.7.140715
Windows OS 64bit
DB is SQL Server 2008 R2
The Agent is not newly created. Nothing has been modified in the agent. It was running fine before.

Hi,
try running the underlying report from catalog & try to export it in PDF, Excel etc. please see if the export is working fine.
Also check the NOServer logs & Presentation Server logs & see if you find any details about any process on server failing or caused this issue.
Also, is this with only one agent or every agent is failing?

Hi ,
I did performed the steps what you mentioned and I am able to run the report and able to export it into EXCEL and PDF from Catalog but when I run the agent related to underlying report it is giving error. I will check the logs and will come back.
