Hi All,

Is it possible to do agent Bursting:Distributing the user specific content in OBIEE 12c (Linux environment) .

As per my knowledge it is possible in BI publisher.

Please let me know it is possible in OBIEE 12c . If yes please let me know the clear steps how to implement in OBIEE 12c.

    That's not  out-of-the-box functionality for OBIEE, no. The best approach is to use BI Publisher which has bursting functionality available.

    If you must, this blog describes a way to do bursting with agents: Hyperion, EPM, OBIEE and other stuff.

    I wouldn't advice this because I do not think this is a very stable solution (Will it still work after upgrade etc?)

    Never tried it myself however.

    EDIT: I missed at first that this solution only applies to windows, so it won't work for you unfortunately.
