Disable Time Zone dropdown in My Account

Hi!
Is it possible to disable the Time Zone drop down list in My Account -> Preferences in OBIEE 12c?
I see it is possible to disable this and other preference options using Manage Privileges -> My Account, but we only want to disable the Time Zone drop down.
Setting it here means also User Interface Language is disabled (among others), and we don`t want that.
Possible to do via messages?
