Migration failure 11g to 12c - importing the Export Bundle using the BI 12c

Hi Friendshttp://,

I am trying to import the Export Bundle using the BI 12c but its getting failed.Please help out on this

Please find following details and attached logs , errors.

OBIEE 11g version : 11.1.1.7.160119 (Build 151210.0850 64-bit)

OBIEE 12c version :  12.2.1.3.0

Error : Import failed: Plugin metadata -- oracle.bi.migration.plugin.metadata.TransformB arException: Transformation failed. Check logs for failure messages.

Log error:

1.WARNING Can't find jar C:\Oracle\Middleware\Oracle_Home\oracle_common\modules\oracle.jps\..\..\modules\org.apache.neethi.jar referenced from C:\Oracle\Middleware\Oracle_Home\oracle_common\modules\oracle.jps\jps-manifest.jar <oracle.bi.migration.tool.environment.ClasspathInjector findDependencies>

2. WEBCAT plugin log file is  : C:\Oracle\BI\bi\bilogs\metadata\content <oracle.bi.migration.plugin.metadata.TransformBar transformBar>

2018-02-16 20:22:24 SEVERE  Metadata plugin returned false after transformation: WEBCAT <oracle.bi.migration.plugin.metadata.TransformBar transformBar>

3. The process cannot access the file because another process has locked a portion of the file

Have you already checked all the Oracle Support entries for this issue? Because there are numerous one - almost all tied to the 11g source which needs to be cleaned.

Before we randomly start throwing suggestions please tell us which of the existing already reported issues you have analyzed and eliminated. Otherwise we will just be wasting time here.
