Unable to create connection with Hyperion Planning 11.1.2.4 in OBIEE 11.1.1.9.5

Hello all,

We are facing issue while trying to create connection  with Hyperion Planning (11.1.2.4) using OBIEE RPD 11.1.1.9.5 .  As Oracle recommended we have already tried below steps to resolve this issue but still issue persist.

1. Copied and test for HspAdm.jar, ap.jar & HspAdm.jar files from Hyperion planning environment to OBIEE_HOME &  Enter URL for Hyperion Planning 11.1.2.4 or later: adm:thin:com.hyperion.ap.hsp.HspAdmDriver:servername.example.com%3Aport:ApplicationName

2.  Applied latest patch bundle : 27281232 (11.1.1.9.180116)  but issue is not resolved.

3.  After Oracle recommended we had also applied patch - 23563793: OBIEE - HYPERION PLANNING - OBIEE QUERY CRASHES THE PLANNING SERVER   -->But issue still persist.

We are facing below error message while trying to import metadata for Planning:

We are facing this problem from few months but still not able to resolve by Oracle as well.  Anyone have idea, how we can troubleshoot this issue?
