Please Help - Action Services Taking Long Time

Hello,

I am working in a large supply chain management project. We have used Action Links in our reports where a report is connected with another one via Acton Link (Navigate to Web Page). There are few reports where it is taking lot of time for Action Link to appear. This is what happens:

1) Open Report 1

2) Select the desired column cell. Click on the cell.

3) The expected result is that you see the name of the Action Link instantly. For me, it is taking around 26 sec.

4) The Action Links comes up in 26 sec, I click on that and it navigates to the linked report - Report 2.

I looked at browser developer tool and found out that out of those 26 sec, the Waiting (TTFB) time for saw.dll?ReloadDashboard is about 25 sec and it takes just 1 sec to download content. I am not sure why is this process waiting for 25 sec.

I am trying to understand how to minimize the waiting (TTFB) time?

Any experience in handling this scenario?
