OBIIE problems with sum a measure

Hi Everyone,

I have calls and I need to represent it. I have a sum of abandoned ( green) , a sum of attended ( purple) and a sum of total(yellow line)  calls.

My problem is that the line is not the real sum for this day, I think that it is sum since month back but to calculate. What I could do?

I intented do a  'group by' but the problem continues.

It is cause of the type of graph? I could change options?

note: the field MES it is the date completly  but I only represent the name of month.

    Hi,

    I would check if the numbers come out correctly when presented in a table view, if they don't then I would suggest that you have a problem with your model and would suggest that the Logical Table Source content levels need reviewing between your measure and the time dimension.
