Is OBIEE 12.2.1.3.0 stable?

    Yes but my point is that OBI has very specific and explicit export parameter in the instanceconfig.ini of the Presentation Server to control exavtly that.

    Once more of the base server config is not aligned with what you are trying to do you basically have a hard time of working against incorrect environment settings.
