Dashboard is not working as expected in OBIEE 12c

Hi All,
I have created dashboard in OBIEE 12c which is working as expected in Test and not working in Prod environment.
Dashboard contains 3 reports , one prompt with default value (Published) and based on condition reports will display (I mean condition in section in dashboard) and individual reports are working fine.
Data base and RPD Same in Both environment. and data volume is less than 1000 rows.
when I select the value in the prompt and click apply .. it is getting stuck I mean it is showing like below. Not sure what could be the issue but I guess environment setup issue not the dashboard issue as it is working fine in test env.
Some times dashboard is opening with default value "published" is fine. some times it is not displaying data.I tried to change the parameter but no luck. It is showing like below even after 15 or 30 mins it is not displaying the data.
Please let me know what could be the issue.
And one more thing , when I am doing any modification or save or creating report I am getting below error message frequently in the same environment.
Thanks

The first thing you should do is look in your logs to see what is going on. Without that it's just guessing

First thing I would do is remove the 3 analyses from the page and run the dashboard. Can you get it to error?
No?
Add the first analysis without the criteria and run the dashboard. Does it error?
No?
Add the criteria.
Keep adding the pieces back to your dashboard until you work out why the error is.
Question: Is the criteria based on another analysis? Have you tried running that analysis manually?
We had issues with criteria not returning when we migrated and it was caused by the analysis - that the criteria was based on - having errors.0 -
I've had the same for both issues very recently following moving to a Production BI environment for reports that never had issues in test.
The former issue you have as mentioned it's worth checking the log, in my instance a distinct select on a huge table was making everything else queue so conditions weren't evaluating properly.
For the latter I have this error while exporting to Excel, it was a Java heap space issue. Not sure if your issue is the same but may be worth checking the space settings.

Good call RE: Java Heap Sizing
Check your 11g and 12c environments for instanceconfig differences and make sure you allocate enough memory for the bi server.
Of course, the logs will help you identify this easily so check those first.0 -
Thanks for your reply.
Issue got fixed. Issue is related permissions in server side.
