OBIEE 12.2.1.3.0 Repeating Section issue when save with Data Table

OBIEE 12.2.1.3.0

We just went from 12.2.1.2.0 to 12.2.1.3.0 in one of our BI environments.

In working with a report Layout --- discovered that when adding a Data Table to a Repeating Section and saving and exiting, when re-edit the layout the Data Table is gone.  Has anyone else had that issue? We've not yet created an SR.

When going to one of our 12.2.1.2.0 environments the same process works as expected.
