Enter a new user in Ibot OBIEE 10G

Hi Guys,

I need to add a new email to an ibot in OBIEE 10G to send out the deliverable contents to this specific email address.

When I select an IBOT and navigate to the Recipients tab I see an option to select group of users from the list, Although I am under assumption that to add this new email address I might need to create a user somewhere and assign this new email address to this newly configured user, I do not know where can I create this user and assign an email address. Please see below for more visuals.

I am very new to OBIEE. 

Any kind of help is highly appreciated.
