This I'm  getting on while running readiness check for 12.2.1.4 upgrade from 12.2.1.2 .. Does it show that the 12.2.1.2 domain don't  have WETIER and OHS ??

So my fmw 12.2.3 infra doesn't have OHS and EM plugins .. installed those separately fixed the issue but is it supposed to be like this ? Isn't the fmw 12.2.3 infra installation should have  those. I did the same on Windows 2012 and it worked fine , but on OL6.8 this is happening?

So either there could be issue with the exact ? if some one can conform if  its expected and i am supposed to  install  OHS / EM plugins ..Thanks

one need to have separate ohs installed .
