OBIEE 12c Euro Symbol in PDF problem

Hi all,
we face a problem with the PDF Export in OBIEE 12c.
All Euro Symbols (€) are exported as a question mark (?).
The export works fine in 11g and into Excel. The only problem is the PDF export.
Has anyone a solution for this problem? I hope, that it isn’t only a German problem :-).

Hi,
It's probably an issue with the font (not all fonts have the EUR symbol).
Have a look at https://support.oracle.com/epmos/faces/DocContentDisplay?id=2097276.1

Your font has to be an ansi font from previous painful experience with essbase.

thanks for your replies. We searched for this problem but didn’t find that Note.
The export works fine with this workaround.
