Enterprise Scheduler Status Critical with JMS Runtime Failed

Guys,

We are very new to BI Publisher Enterprise looks like BISystemUser is having authentication problems

In the weblogic Server Administartion Console 12c-->Security Realms-->myrealm-->Users and Groups we having BISystemUser

In Bi Publisher Enterprise-->Administartion-->Scheduler Diagnostics Enterprise Scheduler is Critical,JMS Run Time is Failed,Cluster Critical, Instance Critical, JMS Instance Config Crutical and Database Warning

Please let us know if any modifications we have made so that to schedule Report Jobs on BI Publisher Enterprise
