Fragmentation content - sources not combining

Dear All,

I am currently working on OBIEE 12.2.1.1.0 on BICS.

On one of the Logical Facts I have implemented a Fragmentation Content involving two LTS s. Individually, the Fragments work fine. However, in case the requisite filter is not added, instead of sources combining as an UNION, the query can not find any of the sources and is displaying all the Metrics as 0.

I have checked that:-

1. "This source should be combined ....." box is checked

2. Both the LTS s have identical content mapping.

The Fragmentation content is a simple FactColumn1 =1 for LTS1 and FactColumn1 != 1 for LTS2.

Can anybody please provide some steer on what might be going wrong here?
