Hi,
for a new OBIEE-installation 12.2.1.4.0 could not configuration process completed because OBIPS-errors.
- OS 64-bit Windows Server 2016 Standard
- WLS 12.2.1.3.0
- OBIEE 12.2.1.4.0
We get the following information from sawlog0.log:

Hi Moh,
Do you have an Oracle Support Account? I'm not sure exactly what I can post here, but if you search on MOS for 'An error occurred retrieving DMS metrics' ... you will come across a bug. It is on Windows 64-bit server for the version previous to yours (not showing as resolved).
Maybe open an SR for this, if no one else has any answers.
