OBIEE 12c Excel download Issue

Hi All,

We are currently using OBIEE 12.2.1.4.0. We observed that when a dashboard is exported to excel, an "Errors" sheet is added to the downloaded excel sheet. Please find the attached screenshot. Has anyone come across this issue? Please let me know how can it be fixed?

    Hi,

    I don't use the 12c version (still on 11g), but maybe you can try this note to help figure out what is going on: OBIEE 11g|12c: How To Enable JavaHost Logging to Capture Export (PDF/Excel ) and Graph/Chart Requests (Doc ID 1966917.1)
