In OBIEE 11g, "Saved Customization" is not working.

Dear Techies... Hope every one will enjoy Good Health & Wealth by this year ahead!!!

Environment - Siebel is integerated with OBIEE 11g

1) Able to log in OBIEE from Siebel without any issue and able see all dashboards without header pane.

2) I have saved the Customization on Report UI.

Issue is:

3) When I select saved Customized Report, was able to fetch customized report along with HEADER PANE IS GETTING VISIBLE.

4) It was working properly in past.

Your are inputs are much appreciated!!!!

    Initial analysis, BI Admin role is getting applied after clicking "Saved Customized Report" How to over come this issue.


    Is any inputs/Suggestion?
