Getting error while trying to run config.cmd in OBIEE 12.2.1.4.0

Hi All,

We are trying to install OBIEE 12.2.2.1.4.0 in windows 7 machine. While trying to run the config.cmd command we are getting the following error:

Please let me know if there are any solution to this as we have tried one of the solution suggested by oracle support which is to check spaces while setting environment variables, but in vain, didn't solve the issue.
