OBIEE 11g OPMN Issues

Good Morning all

All the best for 2016 i hope this will be your year of great things.

Iam facing an issue when trying to Start OPMN from the Linux back end.

Please see the error i am getting when trying to execute opmnctl startall

opmnctl status: error parsing /u01/app/oracle/MiddlewareHome/instances/instance1/config/OPMN/opmn/opmn.xml

OS: Linux 5

OBIEE: 11g

Have any of you came across this error before?
