Prompt Values are not displaying the values in OBIEE 12C

Hi All,

I am new to the OBIEE 12C.Today morning strangely, I could see in production instance that one of the prompt is not displaying the values in OBIEE12C dashbaord and also its throwing an below error.

Failed to load(There was a problem retrieving the response data:\nInternal Server Error (500).
