Retail Analytics - OBIEE 11.1.1.5 - stop from creating large temp files in deliveries folder

Hi,
I notice there is a large chunk of space being eaten up by files created under the below folder
$OBIEEHOME/biee_i1/bifoundation/OracleBIPresentationServicesComponent/coreapplication_obips1/catalog/Retail_Analytics/root/users/USER/_delivers/_deliveries
Some searching shows me these are related to agents and destination being set to dashboard/home page, Can these be safely be deleted if I dont care about these reports to be in dashboard? Also what is the setting to disable the default selection of agents to deliver to dashboard?
