Migrating Oracle discoverer 11.1.1.7.o to OBIEE 12C

    Hello

We are  running  Oracle  discoverer  11.1.1.7.0, our  EUL version is  5.1.1.0.0.0;  we have to migrate  to OBIEE  as part  of  this migration we  installed  and  configure  OBIEE  12c.

My  question is  can We  migrate our EUL 5.1.1.0.0.0  using  Oracle  discoverer  Metadata  conversion  assistant  tool (     MigrateEUL.exe) that comes  with  OBIEE  12c on  folder

..\ORACLE_HOME\bi\foundation\server\bin

If not  what  path  can be  follow...............?
