Patch/upgrade OBIEE using OPatch

We are using Oracle Business Intelligence Product Version 12.2.1.2.0 (Build BIPS-20160923092103 64-bit).
We would like to patch/upgrade to the latest version using OPatch tool.
What will be the best way to do this?
Is it enough to download bundle patch for 12.2.1.2.0 and apply it using OPatch, or should we download all of them one by one?
Or maybe it is not required at all to install any patches for older versions, as they should be included in the latest version, and it is enough to download and install latest version of the OBIEE?

Which "latest version"? The last one inthe 12.2.1.2 family? 12.2.1.2.180717?
That would make it patch 27916905 and every patch has its own readme which details precisely how to apply it.
Also: 12.2.1.2 is out of error correction support since August 2018 and you'd better go to a supported version.

In addition to what Christian has stated, you should review these notes:
OBIEE Suite Bundle Patches (Doc ID 1591422.1)
Overview of Available Update Patches for Oracle BI Publisher Enterprise 12c (12.2.1.4) (Doc ID 2463289.1)
OBIEE 12c: Required and Recommended Bundle Patches and Patch Sets For Oracle Business Intelligence 12c (Doc ID 2070465.1)
They should contain the answers to the questions you are asking.

Also ...you are on the 12.2.1.2 codeline. Only 12.2.1.2 bundle patches can be apply directly on top of that version (e.g. not 12.2.1.4 bundle patches). You need to upgrade your version to 12.2.1.4 for that. Since, bundle patches are cumulative, they contain are previous fixes plus the newly available ones. Therefore, you could apply the latest 12.2.1.2 bundle patch directly on top of what you have (if you are not already there). Or, upgrade to the latest version, in which you do not need to apply any of the 12.2.1.2 stuff ... as it would already be "built-in".
Hopefully, that clarified some of what you were asking.

Yeah I didn't add the links but also and most importantly the MOS Doc ID 1664916.1 tells you which version is out of support. Like 12.2.1.2 is.

Good point, Christian. An important consideration.
I'm probably used to having my hands-tied a bit more, as we are on Bi Apps . I suppose with OBIEE there is more ability to upgrade to components ...

Are you using Bi Apps, or OBIEE itself? This is the board for Bi Apps/OBIA. There is a separate discussion for OBIEE ...

Which makes the whole support situation even weirder as it becomes quite a contradiction.

I have stuck at the beginning of the process
First free space error.
When I have updated command setting tmp folder in it, I have fugired out that I have only Java JRE and I need to have Java JDK. So now, trying to install it
EDIT: I have succesfully installed new Fusion Middleware 12.2.1.3. How can I login to it? Should I restart all services to have version updated? Or web address has changed for newer version?
EDIT 2: When I have started OBIEE Installation I received errors:
On Oracle Home folder selection screen. Any advise what I have missed?
