OBIEE 12c - Agent not delivering content to Dashboard

Hi,

I've a Agent running (on OBIEE 12.2.1.2.0) which delivers content to the BI Consumer Role listed as a direct receipient.  I have 2 users, user 1 which is a Administrator user (is a member of the BI Consumer role also) and User 2 which is restricted to only viewing reports i.e. a consumer user.  The Agent delivers the content as a email attachment and to the Dashboard for User 1 successfully.  For User 2 is delivers the attachment via email but does not deliver to the dashboard.  On the Agent Destinations tab 'Home Page and Dashbaord' option is ticked.

I initially thought that the Admin user has a privilege which allows it to receive content to the Home Page/Dashboard but i don't see any privilege which allows that.

When i run the Agent manually i get the following warning for User 2 but there is no option to set dashboard in the users profile (only Email, Phone, Pager, Handheld, Other)

Device (dashboard) is not set in (user2) delivery profile.

    AgentID: /shared/CCA/Shared Agents/Product Summary

Anyone known if this is a know issue with OBIEE 12c.... or any ideas on what the issue is?
