Setting Graph Scale Axis Limits dyamically ?

Hi,
Has anyone tried to set the Axis Limits of a Graph Scale Dynamically ? I have a requirement to be able to do this based on the Measures this Graph is using ?
See below : Graph Properties -> Scale -> Axis Limits - Specify -> Min and Max to be able to get them dynamically.
