OBIEE server logs analysis

Hi,
OBIEE 12C version - 12.2.1.4.0
I need some help regarding analyzing OBIEE log files for investigation one incident happened today. Users were reporting that they were unable to login and reports performance was also an issue.
I can see following logs in OBIEE server, different logs got different errors, few are generic which are just produced by some reports or timeout error .. few are login issues Authentication errors..
I have tried but could't find any interesting things over there I believe I was not looking into them properly..
Can someone point me where to start with these logs?
Regards
Hesh

Not really any other way to say this apart from: read the logs.
The topics you are mentioning are so vast and with so many implications that they require a lot of know-how as well as information. And the only way to have that information, interpret it and then gain that know-how is to read the logs, break them down and understand what's going on.
This goes way beyond the scope of a single OTN thread. It often entails long analysis and very large corrective actions since especially for the topic of performance the issue hardly ever is OBIEE at all.

Hi Hesh,
In addition to what Christian has mentioned, you may be able to get started with these notes:
SRDC - Collecting Diagnostic Information for OBIEE 11g/ 12c Security Issues (Doc ID 1992262.1) To BottomTo Bottom
OBIEE 12c: Quick Reference For Architecture, Lifecycle Management and File Locations (Doc ID 2067527.1)
What Files To Provide To Support When Encountering Authentication Or Security Issues in OBIEE 11g (Doc ID 1434514.1)
There is some helpful points.

Charles

Thanks Christian, Charles,
I felt the same, its a vast thing to look for .. the challenge here is you have to ignore few and few are a symptom of other issues...
I will provide few errors here .. not sure if anyone may get something from this..

Sorry, that's still way too generic and high-level.
You need someone who knows how to troubleshoot and analyze an OBI server. As I said you can't learn that with just an OTN thread.
If you need support in this, feel free to contact me.
