    Okay, i figured out how to get the numbers to show correctly in this instance, but I do not know how to fix things to make them best practice. for some reason it was wanting how many months to go back instead of the year, so i put in 12 (without specifying the actual level either (have column in analysis)) and now it is showing the prior 12 months.
