Facing problem in downloading rpd and also in analytics no subject areas are visible

Hi All,

I am facing a strange issue in OBIEE 12.2.1.4.0 .

The analytics opens and old reports are visible but when I am trying to make a new report, no subject areas are visible.

And on the landing page of the analytics, it's showing no access please contact administrator.

I have used the environment few days back but this issue came up all of a sudden.

I tried to download the rpd but there also I am getting error as below:

Operation failed.

An exception (java.sql.SQLException: java.io.IOException: execute query failed[n

QSError: 43113] Message returned from OBIS.

[nQSError: 13083] Server configuration does not allow any updates to the reposit

ory.) occurred during execution, please check server logs for more detailed info

rmation.

System exit code: 1

If it's really an unpatched 12.2.1.4.0 then you may be running into this bug:
