Essbase Measures are coming as null in OBIEE 12c

Hi,

I am trying to create report in OBIEE 12c, source is Essbase planning. While connecting all the dimensions I am able to see properly but No measures are displaying data. It is showing as null or no result, but if I try with smartview it is showing data. Can you please let me know what might cause this issue, or how can I debug this.
