Display Custom Message in Each View of Analysis

Hello,
We have a standard format we use when defining a custom message in the case of "no data found".
In many of our analyses, we have multiple views (for example, tables and pie charts) to display the selected data.
When we have a "no data found" case, our custom message appears once - which is the way I think it's supposed to work.
Our users are asking if that message and be displayed once for each view in our analysis.
Is that possible? If so, how can we make that happen?
Thanks!
Dennis

Hi Dennis,
It sounds terribly redundant, but if you're talking about a dashboard page, you can put each separate view in its own section.
Your "No Data" message will appear in each section. I don't know of any way to do that within a compound view.Jerry

The only way you can achieve this is by creating several Compound Views (one for each view) and use the compound views instead of the original views in the Dashboard. (if this makes sense)

There's no need to create multiple compound views. You can simply place a table view in one section, a pivot chart view in another, etc.
Each section will show the same No Data message.

Thanks Jerry,
The customer has decided to put this particular issue on hold. However, I am encouraged by your solution. I did not realize you could separate various views into different sections on the dashboard pages. Looking forward to trying this as it now sounds like they want to revisit this issue in the future.
Thanks again.
Dennis
