Incompatibility with all date and hours - export from BI

Question

Hi everyone,

I have problem with export data from BI do excel 2017+.

In OBIEE I have:

When I export do excel 2007+ i see:

In excel I have one hour later....

In obiee my setting is:

The correct time is in BI, in excel is wrong.

What can i do?

Can you force the Column format in the column properties?
