Sorry, yes you are correct. I was looking at it from the reverse direction. The shortcut resides in the shared folder, and is pointing to a user folder?

Here is the user folder, at the OS level:

    > ls -l

    total 48

    -rw-r----- 1 applmgr applmgr  380 Oct 25  2016 activity.atr

    -rw-r----- 1 applmgr applmgr 1252 Oct 25  2016 activity+-+detailed

    -rw-r----- 1 applmgr applmgr  339 Oct 25  2016 activity+-+detailed.atr

    -rw-r----- 1 applmgr applmgr 1224 Oct 25  2016 ap+activity

    -rw-r----- 1 applmgr applmgr  331 Oct 25  2016 ap+activity.atr

    -rw-r----- 1 applmgr applmgr 1250 Oct 25  2016 balances

    -rw-r----- 1 applmgr applmgr  328 Oct 25  2016 balances.atr

    -rw-r----- 1 applmgr applmgr 1931 Oct 27  2016 balances+summary

    -rw-r----- 1 applmgr applmgr  324 Oct 27  2016 balances+summary.atr

    -rw-r----- 1 applmgr applmgr  576 Oct 27  2016 dashboard+layout

    -rw-r----- 1 applmgr applmgr  320 Oct 27  2016 dashboard+layout.atr

  • So, in the user folder the page is apparently missing, which would make sense based on the message you first posted "Target path not found .../Activity Summary".

What is fun is that in this folder too it looks like there is a shortcut: "activity.atr"

As you aren't the user owner of this folder, you can find out where "activity.atr" is pointing by opening the catalog offline with Catalog Manager. Maybe you can also try setting up "act as" giving you access to that user and so you can look inside his personal folder directly from the front-end.

    Hi Gianni,

I can login as the user ... it is a shared admin/dev account. I can see that both shortcuts point to the same place . I can see that they were both created a long time back (2016), during implementation time.

  • So good luck in finding that "ghost" target of the shortcuts
With some luck it's in one of the environments still.

Just a hint: if you find it, get rid of the shortcuts and put the object (the dashboard page) there directly, even if you have to duplicated it once in the shared folder and once in the user folder. So next time you move things no issue anymore.
