opmn biserver service not starting

Hi Community,

I have an enterprise Oracle Bi running on Exalytics Linux environment. I have applied the July bundle patch  2994430 and upon starting the opmn components its failed with the below errors:

I checked netstat ans lsof on port 9703 and the default opmn port 9500 local and 9501 report and they all in use.

Please assist if there anything am missing here??
