How to verify OUI Inventory

I was checking the prerequisite for applying WLS Patch 30386660. One of them is to verify the OUI Inventory. I tried the command mentioned here, however its not working and I am getting error as "command not found".

Can anyone please help me with the command to check this?

    Is 'opatch' the command not found?

    Make sure it's in your path, I don't think it is by default. Adding %ORACLE_HOME%\OPatch and %ORACLE_HOME%\bin to the PATH generally is enough to make your system able to find and run opatch.
