Issue while export

Hello Experts,

We are using the version of OBI 12c 12.2.1.3.0 on Solaris box.

We are facing issue while downloading the a report in excel.

  • Its a simple report with year filter
  • It has 54000 rows and 15 columns
  • We are exporting the report in Excel we are getting error, while downloading the report in CSV its working fine.

We have tried all the possible solution provided on google but no luck, but moment we reduce the columns count to 7 or 6 it working fine (able to export in excel).

Please let me know is anything I am missing or is there any limited size (# of rows and columns count) which we should take care while exporting in excel ?

Kindly suggest.
