Is it possible to set the Paging Controls to 'Top' as default?

Hi,

in the instanceconfig.xml i set the parameter for using content paging as default. The content paging works, but the paging controls are always set to ‘Bottom’.

Is it also possible to set it to ‘Top’ as default? I could not find a parameter for this in the documentation.

I’m using OBIEE 12.2.1.4.
