Hiii, any advice on this issue would be appreciated. whenever I try to use the template builder insert a few fields and then preview the file an error comes up with this message:

javaw -Xmx256M -jar "C:\Program Files (x86)\Oracle\BI Publisher\BI Publisher Desktop\Template Builder for Word\jlib\RTF2PDFv2.jar" "C:\Users\yelsheri\AppData\Local\Oracle\BIPublisher\TemplateBuilderforWord\tmp\tb_param.xml"

File not found.

Does anyone know a solution for this and why its happened?
