Analysis based on random Query from table

I have table for example  (Table 1) like below

1          A          Select C1. C2 from x

2          B          Select col4, Col6 from y

I'll make analysis to show above table and insted to show the select text I need to make a link to run the query in deterrent analysis based on row id.

Note each row has different select statement.

Write an SQL parser in PL/SQL and stop wasting money on expensive licenses.
