BI publisher report

I created report in BI Publisher but lookwise it is not good.
Is it possible to resize the table to be of page size and to get only 10 rows and then click on next and get the next 10 rows.
I checked in table properties, rows to display is 10 but if I click on report I see 2 issues. One table doesn't take the complete page size and second there is no next button as we click on down arrow we will keep on getting more rows
