DV Map Visualisation Tooltip Issue

I am trying to build a map visualisation in OBIEE 12.2.1.4 version which has DV capability.When I am using Address and Address City in Category(Geography) pane,I am able to see some values in tooltip for the data point in the map.
But if I use a lat and long values to build a map visualisation, I am not able to see any data values in tooltip on hover. Is there any reason for this and how can I fix it?
Below screenshot shows tooltip values,when we built map visual using Address and City.
