Add or remove subject area

For me add or remove subject area is disabled?, is it because I have only one subject area in my deployed RPD

First of all you need more than one Subject Area of course.

Secondly this option is automatically enabled for all Subject Areas which are based on the same Business Model.

If you look at SampleApp or SampleApp Lite you have examples of multiple SAs on one Business Model.
