Missing or bad option "-baseline" when comparing two catalogs

I'm using OBIEE 11.1.1.7.

I have archived off 2 catalogs (shared folders only).

C:\temp\old_shared and C:\temp\new_shared.

I am trying to compare the 2 files using the following command:

runcat -cmd diff -baseline c:\temp\old_shared -latest c:\temp\new_shared -outputfile c:\temp\diff.txt -verbosity detail

When I run this command, I get an error that says Missing or bad option "-baseline".

Any thoughts on where I am going wrong?
